“Manpower” is my first complete album project. I chose “Manpower” as the title track to artistically highlight the heavy emphasis on female empowerment. I want everyone to enjoy and relate to the meaning behind each song, but as a woman myself, I spent a good chunk of my young adult life fascinated and inspired by the stories of women. This album was created to tell stories of empowerment, strength, heartbreak, growth, maturity and just plain sassiness. All through the eyes of women. I’m so excited to finally share these songs with you all.
